Please read these terms carefully before using KingParking's meet and greet parking services at London airports.
By booking, you confirm you are the lawful registered keeper of the vehicle, or have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the owner.
All bookings are confirmed by email. Your booking reference must be presented to the driver at the time of vehicle handover.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the drop-off time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All vehicles are fully insured from the moment our driver takes the keys to the moment they are returned. We carry comprehensive motor trade insurance. A pre- and post-service vehicle inspection is conducted for every booking.
KingParking accepts liability for damage caused by our drivers or personnel. We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, or items left inside the vehicle.
